I’m thinking about installing Gentoo Linux. I’ve tried SuSE, Knoppix, JAMD, Mandrake, and Red Hat… but I want something completely custom. From what I’ve read, Gentoo takes the longest to install if you want to compile everything yourself (which is the best way to go for what I want)… but it’s definitely worth the time….
