Not very original, I know, but I thought the title of this entry seemed dead on.
People shouldn’t ask me for favors while I’m eating. I’ll forget. Actually, if you tell me anything while I’m eating, not just ask me for something, then there’s a 51% chance that I won’t remember what we talked about later on. If you need something done and you ask me while I’m either preparing my food, about to chow down, or already in the process of eating, you’d be better off doing it yourself. I either won’t remember what you said or I’ll remember when it’s too late. 😮
I guess if I ever get a job where someone wants to discuss business over lunch, then I’m so screwed.
