I’ve been with HostPC for a little over a year and a half now. They’ve been great! I don’t get any disk full errors like I did with my old host (they probably oversold space or something).
After a year and a half, I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. There was that whole outage during hurricane Katrina, but HostPC was on the ball with keeping its customers updated and trying to rectify the situation as soon as humanly possible.
They always have some excellent 2-for-1 sales, but really, who needs them when their prices are already so low?
They’ve always answered my support tickets quickly.
It took me a while to get used to the DirectAdmin control panel, but I really do like it a lot better than Cpanel. It loads faster, it has a sleeker interface, and overall everything is just easier to find. And Installatron is way better than Fantastico.
It’s really the most hassle free host I’ve ever been with. And I’ve used quite a few over the years. I’ll probably be with HostPC for a few more years to come.
