My birthday is a great way…

Posted on Tuesday, July 31st, 2007Friday, August 3rd, 2007 by Me

to kick off the Thirty Day Challenge. That’s right, today’s my birthday and tomorrow is the start of this year’s Thirty Day Challenge. For those of you who have never heard of it before (this is my first year doing it, so I’m new to the challenge too), the Thirty Day Challenge is designed to help you make your first $10 using the internet.

Ed Dale, Dan Raine, and Nicolas Messe will be teaching some techniques – and this year, it won’t cost you any money to make money. The idea behind the challenge is to help those who are new to Internet Marketing, such as myself. Some people may think, “$10? Why not more?” Well, $10 is really just to get you into the mindset of reaching a goal. If you set the bar too high… like $1000, and you don’t make your $1000, then you just set yourself up for failure. And once you make that first $10, that just makes you want to make even more. So, really, you’re learning the basics in making that first $10 that you can apply to make your next $10, and the $10 after that, and so on.

Ed Dale explains it better in his videos than I do, so join up, if you’re curious. It really doesn’t cost you any money at all. So you’ve got nothing to lose except the time it takes to watch all these videos.

Ed’s first WHY video was a real eye opener for me. I really see the potential with this the technology we’re using and I can’t wait until the real challenge begins.

If I have success with this challenge it’ll be all thanks to Ed Dale, Dan Raine, Nicolas Messe, the rest of the 30DC community, and my team at The Nerd Table. And, when I’m successful at this, I would love to be able to give back and help out other people in the way that this challenge will have helped me.

So, if you’re not a part of the challenge yet, it really doesn’t hurt to check it out. If you don’t plan on participating, but you’re still curious to see what it’s all about, I think it’s okay to join just to watch the videos, or you can look for them on iTunes.
