Hello, Universe!
Today’s $43,000 + $44,000 + 45,000 is still going towards the land I bought, but I thought I’d start posting what kind of house I’d want to build there. At least by posting about one room at a time.
So, here we go! This isn’t about a room, but the entire house in general. I’d want it to be a 1-story house. No stairs to make it safer for the youngest of my nieces & nephews (1 year old, but my bro & SIL have another on the way next year), and also make it easier on my grandma.
11.7 acres is definitely an ample amount of space to build a single story house with a bunch of rooms, a guest house, and probably a few other separate buildings.
